今天走過海港城，看見有許多聖誕裝飾，等待迎接聖誕的來臨。但我卻決定與潘霍華以默想來迎接聖誕的來臨。

昨天的退修中，我回看了自己在2010年退修中寫的東西：

「從前，我把耳筒塞進耳朶，讓詩歌充滿我的耳中；今天，我讓耳朶放開，讓神所創造的浪聲、鳥聲、風聲…都進入我的耳內。
過往，在退修中充滿要計劃的東西，好讓在退修中得著甚麼；現在，我開放自己給上帝，讓神說話，好讓上帝得著我。」

今天看回來，我仍然覺得很有意思。

在退修中，就是要安靜，讓神得著我。
